We’re working with a global professional services organisation seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys turning complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process analysis and improvement initiatives across IT and business teams

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews

• Support UAT and ensure successful solution delivery

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis

• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies (BABOK knowledge a plus)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL
